My work integrates mind, body and behavior.
This means we don’t only work on mindset — we work on real-life patterns, nervous system responses and sustainable behavior change.
Coaching is most effective for individuals who are open to self-reflection, ready to take responsibility for change and willing to apply insights in real life.
Typically once per week or once every two weeks, depending on the client’s goals and process.
