1. Coaching Sessions
All coaching sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered completed and are not eligible for refund.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”), the session may be considered completed and non-refundable.
2. Coaching Packages
Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered.
Unused sessions within a package may be rescheduled within the agreed coaching period but are not eligible for monetary refund.
Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Demir Trade LLC.
3. Discovery Calls
Free Discovery Calls are offered as a complimentary consultation.
No payment is required for these calls.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule in advance.
4. Digital Products & Educational Content
All digital products, downloadable materials, and educational content are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, unless required by applicable law.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional situations (e.g., medical emergency), refund considerations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
